I had a really great experience and would return anytime. Thoroughly enjoyed my 1 night stay. - the setting was excellent, very close to the train station and the Capital Arena, the world, and the National Mall area. - the room was comfy and had a private safe, central heating, and an iron.

We had a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express - Washington DC Downtown, An IHG hotel. the evening front desk person and valet were both fabulous, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome. the rooms were super clean and comfortable, with a fresh smell and updated furnishings. We appreciated the spacious shower and the provided Dove products. the staff was friendly and there were plenty of hooks and clothes storage space in the room. Mr Dion gave a great pep talk about being friendly and respectful to everyone. The hot breakfast provided was a nice touch, with a good selection of food. Cons: None 😊.
